These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Neonspectra ("Neonspectra", "we", "us") and any visitor, reader, or customer ("User", "Client", "you") accessing neonspectra.shop. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge full acceptance of these terms.
You agree to use this site exclusively for lawful informational and travel preparation purposes. Prohibited actions include data mining, scraping, transmitting malicious code, and misrepresenting affiliations with our editorial staff.
Neonspectra provides editorial travel journalism, curated route roadmaps, and custom itinerary consultancy. Neonspectra is not an airline, commercial bus operator, accommodation host, or certified mountain rescue unit. We do not operate passenger transport services.
Submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a binding contract until we provide formal written confirmation and mutual agreement on custom route deliverables.
All consultancy fees, where explicitly stated, are calculated and invoiced in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and subject to applicable GST under New Zealand tax law.
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining adequate physical fitness, acquiring medical and travel insurance, verifying their passport and visa eligibility for entry into New Zealand, and checking active Department of Conservation (DOC) hazard warnings before departing for any trail.
All written articles, photographic field journals, topographic overlays, and bespoke route itineraries produced by Neonspectra are protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for extreme precision, mountain environments, weather fronts, road slips, and seasonal bridge washouts are unpredictable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted trail access or static conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, as applicable), Neonspectra shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or physical damages resulting from your travel activities, trail deviations, or vehicular transit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neonspectra, its directors, and field editors from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or unsafe backcountry actions.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, volcanic seismic events, severe alpine blizzards, road closures, government emergency declarations, or national park shutdowns.
These Terms are governed entirely by the laws of New Zealand. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
